Manufacturing Operators (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Essex Junction, Vermont, United States; on-site cleanroom and manufacturing-floor work

Salary: $35,400–$55,300 per year; hourly rates of $21 for day shift and $23.63 for night shift. Sign-on bonus: $2,500 for day shift or $5,000 for night shift.

What you will do

• Work in a cleanroom while wearing a cleanroom suit and gloves.
• Sustain and run the manufacturing floor.
• Set up and operate equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Work with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift, excluding breaks, and lift up to 30 pounds periodically.
• Comfort wearing a cleanroom uniform.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• At least 18 years old and able to complete pre-employment screening.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
