Manufacturing Operator - FFD Dice

Location: Hollis, New Hampshire, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $20–22 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
• Load and unload substrates and adjust equipment within defined process windows.
• Inspect substrates and finished parts for quantity, quality, and specification compliance, including microscope and 100% visual inspection.
• Identify and place out-of-specification products on hold.
• Record production activities in ERP and quality databases.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas while supporting yield and on-time delivery goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings and work instructions.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, ownership, and a collaborative attitude.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR policy.
