Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Bardstown, Kentucky, United States; on-site manufacturing role

What you will do

• Complete preventive maintenance and repair machinery and mechanical equipment supporting production and warehousing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, automation, and equipment issues to maintain productivity and quality.
• Install new equipment, fabricate parts, adjust functional components, and read dimensional requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to control downtime and communicate maintenance actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs through EAM.
• Train employees and new hires and maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories.
• Participate in safety meetings, compliance training, continuous improvement, 5S, and STW activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on site in Bardstown, Kentucky.
