Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Bethany, Connecticut, United States; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, including greasing bearings, changing belts and oil, inspecting machinery, and cleaning equipment.
• Install, repair, dismantle, and maintain production machinery, mechanical equipment, and facility items.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic problems using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, tachometers, and calipers.
• Support production workers during routine maintenance activities and optimize repairs to OEM standards.
• Record maintenance work in the CMMS, complete shift reports, order replacement parts, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written English skills required.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and lift or push/pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, crawl, and work at heights as required; occasional travel may be required.
