What you will do

• Safely move and arrange equipment to improve production layouts and meet operational needs.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and recommend solutions to minimize downtime.
• Identify additional maintenance issues and resolve them when time and resources allow.
• Collaborate with colleagues on maintenance projects and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, an advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant industry experience, certifications, systems experience, and training.
• Clear and proactive communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and applicable local, site, and regional standards.
• Customer-focused, innovative, proactive, and execution-oriented approach.
