Finance & Accounting Senior Manager MBA (2027 Graduates)

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for an assigned brand, service, or project.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Provide recommendations and strategic insights for business decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Drive operational improvements and build relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and external partners.

Requirements

• Currently completing an MBA with graduation planned before fall 2027.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience before entering the MBA program.
• GPA above 3.0 and a strong academic background.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a proven record of success.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Preparedness to consider relocation opportunities throughout the career is required.

Nice to have

• Interest in specializing in tax, treasury, accounting, or internal controls.
• Interest in international assignments or business travel.
