Sales Development Executive (Commercial Print)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, USA; hybrid

Compensation: USD 50,000–150,000 per year non-recoverable draw for at least the first six months, with unlimited commission potential afterward.

What you will do

• Promote and sell commercial print, packaging, labels, and direct mail products and services.
• Generate leads, make prospecting calls, visit customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits and close sales orders.
• Build long-term relationships, expand the customer base, and develop account sales plans.
• Set and manage sales activity targets, forecast accurately, and maintain Salesforce as the system of record.
• Share market feedback with internal stakeholders and coach less experienced sales representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to present to C-level and senior management executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to make daily cold calls.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Ability to participate in relevant skills training and continuously learn hirify.global products and services.
