Warehouse Supervisor (Medical Supplies)

Location: Auburndale, Florida, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annually, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, processing, packaging, shipping, and reporting.
• Direct, assign, monitor, and review the work of warehouse employees.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and account for materials and supplies.
• Coach and mentor employees on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Review operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, equipment protection, and overtime spending.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support a safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Associate’s degree is a plus.
