Warehouse Supervisor I (Ambient/Cooler or Freezer)

Location: Onsite in Hodgkins, Illinois, United States; the shift starts at 3 PM CST. Chicago, Illinois is also listed as a role location.

Salary: $24–$28 per hour, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage receiving, warehousing, shipping, distribution, inventory, and delivery operations.
• Evaluate performance metrics to improve delivery quality, workflow efficiency, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Maintain warehouse security, equipment, layouts, repairs, and replacement needs.
• Control inventory through physical counts and reconciliation with the data storage system.
• Schedule and assign employees, monitor results, prepare budgets, and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Five years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Food and beverage industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Hodgkins, Illinois, with a 3 PM CST shift start.
