Supervisor Material Logistics (Supply Chain)

Salary: $115,840–$128,710 annual, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise employees and contractors involved in warehousing, trucking, crane operations, and material delivery.
• Plan daily operational schedules, assign work, and prioritize commitments for operating groups.
• Control inventory and maintain accurate records for the receipt, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage operating, maintenance, overtime, and capital budgets while identifying cost improvement opportunities.
• Lead process improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Maintain safety programs and support emergency storm response and timely customer outage restoration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of distribution, warehousing supervision or management, or related experience.
• Technical knowledge of distribution and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory management technology.
• CDL A/B, state or federal hoisting, forklift, or APICS certifications.
