Distribution Designer

Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $28–$38 per hour

What you will do

• Update GIS software to reflect current field conditions.
• Design and process construction work requests for overhead electric distribution systems.
• Prepare computer-assisted designs and construction drawings for review.
• Create pole boring plans, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Attend client meetings to define project scope and submit meeting notes.
• Assist with field survey data gathering and storm restoration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or associate degree in engineering, technology, or equivalent power distribution design experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Must be based in Denver, CO.
