What you will do

• Perform entry-level engineering activities and projects under the guidance of higher-level engineers.
• Apply engineering theory and basic analysis techniques to solve well-defined technical problems.
• Assist with complex analyses, technical reports, papers, and engineering documentation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, status monitoring, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate routine engineering activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply economic and environmental considerations to support reliable electricity delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering technology may satisfy the requirement with a certified Professional Engineer license.
• Entry-level knowledge of engineering theory, standards, codes, regulations, equipment, and systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, follow instructions, and make routine decisions under supervision.
• Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination is encouraged and preferred as preparation for future PE licensing.
