Scrum Master II (Banking)

What you will do

• Coach multiple development teams in agile maturity, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support focused, time-boxed, outcome-oriented delivery.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate blockers, dependencies, and impediments with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Promote psychological safety, accountability, constructive conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog aligned with customer and business needs.
• Use team metrics to track progress, identify trends, and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a software development environment, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proven facilitation, mentoring, conflict-navigation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile management tools for backlog management, progress tracking, and team insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or automated testing.
• Active CSM or PSM I certification, or advanced certifications such as PSM II or A-CSM.
• Release Management experience.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
