What you will do

• Facilitate Agile rituals, cross-functional meetings, collaboration, and sprint-level reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, team performance, self-organization, and timely delivery of business value.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams and Product Owners on Agile practices, backlog refinement, and decision-making.
• Remove or escalate impediments affecting team progress.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, progress transparency, and release practices aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure effective communication within and across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of related experience, including Agile experience.
• Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities and project management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Confluence, and Gherkin.
• Strong professional confidence, credibility, communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Two or more years of project management or business requirements analysis experience.
• Degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
