Market HOA Coordinator

Salary: $21.09–$25.30 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee HOA violations, prioritize severe cases, and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Work with residents and HOAs to resolve violations and reduce related costs.
• Develop strategies for communities with frequent or high-impact violations.
• Visit properties to verify reported violations and support corrective actions.
• Build relationships with local HOAs, including participating in meetings and votes when required.
• Coordinate with the Centralized HOA department and property management teams on approvals, registrations, requests, records, and updates.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in property management or working with HOAs and city regulations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi, plus customer service experience, preferred.
