Field Visual Merchandiser

Location: Remote in the United States; regular store visits and occasional travel to new store openings are required.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute visual elements and product presentations in stores according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor visual displays across locations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Train and support Visual Leads and store teams on visual standards, best practices, and new initiatives.
• Coordinate product mapping, collateral, and other visual merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers using customer feedback and sales trends to improve store presentation.
• Maintain store experience essentials and support visual setup for new store openings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and team leadership within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and developmental skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
