Warehouse Team Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide manufacturing operations with required parts in a timely manner.
• Sort, maintain, label, and stage products in appropriate bin locations.
• Coordinate personnel and multiple teams to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily checks.
• Inspect forklifts, reject damaged goods, and record non-conforming or returned products.
• Support production and employees with problem-solving while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; no degree is required.
• hirify.global Forklift Certification.
• Leadership, motivation, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
• Ability to lift and move parts, tools, and other objects weighing 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa and tolerate heat, cold, dust, humidity, loud noise, sheet metal, mechanical parts, chemical fumes, and forklift traffic.
