Warehouse Supervisor

Location: OPS- Wilmer, TX B06, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, shipping, and reporting.
• Lead warehouse employees, assign work, monitor progress and accuracy, and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and account for materials and supplies.
• Review operating procedures, space utilization, equipment protection, overtime, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor employees on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to complete routine paperwork accurately and on time.
