Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, shipment verification, material handling, inventory updates, salvage, and cycle counts.
• Supervise, train, coach, and staff warehouse employees, including coverage planning for attendance shortages.
• Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment, coordinate repairs with vendors and forklift mechanics, and escalate high-cost repairs.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, records control, and purchasing functions.
• Serve as the warehouse WMS SuperUser and oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, safe warehouse and support personnel safety and plant protection activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the position and managing people or projects.
• High school diploma required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to prioritize quality, productivity, cost, safety, and process consistency.
• No foreign language is required.

Nice to have

• 6 years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 years of experience in the position and managing people or projects.
• Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
