Senior Manager Internal Communications (Data Infrastructure)

Salary: $140,054–$175,067.50 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the internal communications strategy, editorial calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework across the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit communications for company updates, initiatives, achievements, leadership changes, and reorganizations.
• Design employee listening and feedback mechanisms, interpret survey and engagement data, and translate findings into action.
• Build recognition frameworks and integrate recognition into tools and processes such as Slack and Workday.
• Launch culture initiatives and design connection frameworks for distributed hubs, community programming, and company events.
• Analyze attendance, participation, engagement, and survey data to present insights that support organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience or engagement.
• Experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs and running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning company-wide events or community programs for distributed or remote teams.
• Strong data analysis, presentation, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently as a senior individual contributor, and collaborate with employees and executives at all levels.
• Knowledge of internal communication channels and the relationship between communications, recognition, culture, leadership, and behavior change.

• Fluency with AI tools.
