Senior Manager Internal Communications (Data Infrastructure)

Salary: $140,054–$175,067.50 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, channels, and distribution framework across the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit communications about company updates, initiatives, achievements, organizational changes, and crises.
• Design employee listening and feedback mechanisms, analyze engagement data, and translate findings into action.
• Build and iterate a company-wide recognition framework integrated with tools such as Slack and Workday.
• Develop culture, community, and connection programs for distributed teams, including company-wide events.
• Present survey, attendance, engagement, and participation data to support organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience or engagement.
• Experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning company-wide events or community programming for distributed or remote teams.
• Strong data analysis, storytelling, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across employee and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in founder-led startup organizations.
• Experience with Notion.
• Fluency with AI tools.
