Sr Manager, Warehouse (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ); onsite role at assigned warehouse and manufacturing facilities

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and warehouse teams.
• Set warehouse strategy, operating standards, policies, procedures, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Align warehouse capacity, staffing, equipment, storage, kitting, staging, and point-of-use delivery with production and module build schedules.
• Govern inventory control, cycle counting, traceability, ERP accuracy, reporting, and data integrity.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Operational Excellence.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, quality, project management, logistics, and third-party service providers to resolve material-flow constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive warehouse or supply chain management experience, including leadership of managers or supervisors.
• At least 6 years of related manufacturing, factory, or industrial operations experience.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse ERP/WMS systems, reporting tools, data analysis, Microsoft Office, inventory performance, KPIs, budgets, staffing, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership, coaching, organizational development, change management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• C.P.M., C.P.I.M., Lean/Six Sigma, or another relevant supply chain or operations certification.
• Training in leadership, continuous improvement, inventory management, or supply chain.
