Workday Systems Analyst 2 (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; onsite four days per week and within commuting distance of hirify.global's downtown Seattle corporate offices

Salary: $80,168–$122,000 annually

hirify.global's HR Operations & Analytics organization maintains and enhances HR technologies that support business operations and employee experience.

What you will do

• Support system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and operational stability.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Conduct audits and validations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Manage mass data uploads and foundational data maintenance.
• Optimize ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including technical incident management, and monitor case-resolution metrics.
• Enhance Paradox recruiting and employee-engagement functions while translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday configuration and administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD, Paradox, or similar HR technologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, and related business tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week and live within commuting distance of downtown Seattle.
