HR Administrator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support site-level human resources operations and consistently communicate company policies.
• Assist with hourly and temporary staffing, interview scheduling, and new-hire administration.
• Process payroll and maintain attendance, vacation, and wage-related records.
• Support benefits enrollment, employee questions, and health and wellness programs.
• Maintain personnel and medical files and provide general office support.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous payroll processing experience.
• Ability to support recruiting, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance activities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%–10%.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant HR experience.
• One year of experience in a union setting, where applicable.
