Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Administer daily HR policies, procedures, employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, safety, and wellness programs.
• Support hourly recruiting, selection, onboarding, orientation, training, employee engagement, and staffing.
• Use Workday, TCP, and other HRIS platforms to manage payroll, wages, status changes, leave entitlements, attendance, and personnel transactions.
• Assist with FMLA, disability, and other leave programs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving HR process gaps.
• Maintain open communication with employees and provide HR guidance and counseling as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR or related experience.
• Knowledge of and compliance with applicable state and federal employment, wage, FMLA, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll, benefits, attendance, and leave administration.
• Ability to work onsite in Orion, Michigan.
