Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Rosslyn, VA or remote within the United States; onsite and field support may be required as needed.

Base salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Coordinate execution across hardware, software, firmware, platform, and systems engineering teams.
• Translate program priorities, milestones, and requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Track dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and program health using Jira, Confluence, and custom dashboards.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, and alignment meetings across engineering, product, and program leadership.
• Manage and prioritize requests from customers, internal users, and field teams against engineering capacity and organizational priorities.
• Support product deployment, implementation, adoption, and ongoing fleet operations onsite and in the field as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical program coordination, engineering operations, project or program management, or a related role in a cross-functional technical environment.
• Strong experience with milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, resource and capacity planning, and cross-team facilitation.
• Ability to translate customer and program needs into technical plans and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern program planning, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Strong organization, adaptability, ambiguity management, and empathy for end users.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrated hardware and software systems, aerospace, defense, or other complex technical environments.
• Experience delivering software or hardware for U.S. Government-funded programs.
