Senior Program Manager (Cyber Security)

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite, with the listed job location in Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 yearly, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day program management for multiple cybersecurity initiatives and keep technical and operational workstreams aligned.
• Drive planning, execution, adoption, operational readiness, and process maturity across enterprise security programs.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholders across cybersecurity, engineering, operations, product, and business functions.
• Lead change management, governance routines, workshops, decision forums, and blocker resolution.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, recommendations, and program updates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-workstream program management initiatives through the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, delivery practices, documentation, KPIs, and status reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to understand cybersecurity concepts and translate them into business, operational, and adoption outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cyber defense operations, cybersecurity engineering, identity and access management, assurance, governance, risk and compliance, vulnerability management, and attack surface management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project reporting tools.
• Experience developing operational readiness, adoption, governance, and change management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrixed organization.
