Director of Operations - Procurement & Travel (SaaS)

Location: Tel Aviv; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration and the ability to work partially from home.

What you will do

• Own the global intake-to-procure lifecycle and standardize approval workflows across R&D, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead complex sourcing and contract negotiations across SaaS, cloud infrastructure, software licenses, Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Facilities.
• Set cost-saving targets, consolidate vendors, and manage contract renewals to optimize spend and value.
• Scale procurement infrastructure using Zip, NetSuite, and CLM platforms to automate processes.
• Oversee the global corporate travel program, including policies, agency partnerships, booking tools, and spend analysis for FP&A and business heads.
• Partner with Legal and Security on vendor governance, GDPR, SOC 2, and data privacy compliance while mentoring a lean team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of operational procurement experience, including significant experience in global technology or SaaS environments.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Hands-on experience with negotiations, contract reviews, and operational problem-solving.
• Experience managing complex SaaS and IT infrastructure deals as well as general corporate services sourcing.
• Direct experience with intake-to-procure platforms such as Zip or similar and CLM tools.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, outstanding analytical ability, and the ability to present actionable spend insights to C-level executives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Familiarity with corporate travel policies, agencies, and booking platforms.
