Practice Finance Specialty Sales Leader (Not-for-Profit and Foreign Subsidy Banking)

What you will do

• Partner with Consumer and Regional Banking leadership nationwide to execute Not-for-Profit and Foreign Subsidy specialty banking strategies.
• Lead strategic projects, field communications, and sales and training resource development.
• Educate business bankers about centers of influence in the Not-for-Profit and Foreign Subsidy banking sectors.
• Develop and maintain a long-term vision for consistent execution of enterprise specialty banking originations.
• Support execution across branches, business banking, private banking, HFA, and other channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12–15+ years of Business Banking, Not-for-Profit, and/or Foreign Subsidies banking experience.
• Management experience in sales, service, or oversight roles focused on specialty banking sales.
• Strong coaching, training, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience and proficiency with PCs and the internet.
