What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create quality referrals.
• Collaborate with branch staff and ecosystem partners across wealth management, private banking, business banking, and mortgage services.
• Deliver tailored solutions involving deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Educate clients on financial transaction options, use banking technology, and resolve customer problems.
• Follow policies and procedures, manage operational risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, customer experience management, and effective communication.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Subject to background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
