What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to increase loyalty and share of wallet.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use digital tools and resources to improve their experience.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk and following established policies.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Must work in-office at the Port Orange-South Nova Branch in Port Orange, Florida.
• Employment is subject to applicable background checks under consumer financial protection and banking regulations.
