Branch Banking - Leader (Banking)

Location: Yonkers, NY 10701, United States; onsite branch role

Salary: $59,085–$99,485 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead branch business performance by growing primary client relationships, deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Coach, train, and develop branch employees on sales behaviors, client engagement, and business development.
• Support partner-generated sales and execute branch initiatives to achieve performance targets.
• Build an exceptional client experience, provide financial education, and resolve operational or satisfaction issues.
• Manage talent-related activities, including hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Maintain operational excellence and help identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions using independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly across functions.
• Compliance with applicable bank policies, regulations, and federal, state, and local laws is required.
