Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: McKinney, Texas, United States; in-office at the West Grove branch

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hirify.global products and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized service and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage operational risk and support efficient, accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs.
• Must work in-office at the McKinney, Texas branch.
