Partner PR Manager (Latam)

Location: Brazil (São Paulo - Hybrid). Flexible remote options are also offered for this specific role and can be discussed with the recruiter and hiring manager.

What you will do

• Lead Partner Communications strategy in Brazil, including messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narratives supporting partner growth.
• Develop partner stories, announcements, product launch communications, campaigns, case studies, newsletters, and executive communications.
• Build thought leadership and industry positioning through earned media, speaking engagements, events, panels, and executive content.
• Manage communications for partner reputation and sensitive business issues in collaboration with Partnerships, Revenue, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience.
• Lead the partner-focused PR agency in Brazil, defining objectives, priorities, success metrics, and earned-media programs.
• Measure communications performance using engagement, sentiment, earned-media, business, and market insights, including AI-powered tools for research and content workflows.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Partner Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Strong strategic writing, storytelling, business acumen, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Experience with media, content, digital channels, reputation management, executive communications, and strategic counsel.
• Experience leading PR agencies, earned-media programs, and complex cross-functional communications initiatives.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, analysis, content development, planning, stakeholder engagement, or workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Spanish.
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or related industry.
