EMEA Global Demand Marketing Director (AI)

Location: Newcastle, Leeds, or London, UK; four days in office

What you will do

• Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy for predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets.
• Integrate AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and personalized content into campaign execution.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional marketing leaders.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead-to-opportunity management and maximize marketing ROI.
• Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using predictive analytics.
• Travel approximately 15% as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership experience in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, coaching, and leading cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEA.
• Demonstrated expertise applying AI across campaign lifecycle management, personalization, and pipeline velocity.
• Deep technical knowledge of modern marketing stacks, including Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment skills in a global matrix organization.
• Ability to work four days per week in an office in Newcastle, Leeds, or London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience localizing Account-Based Experience frameworks across diverse European sub-regions.
• Advanced knowledge of regional data privacy frameworks such as GDPR.
