Lead Critical Facilities Technician

Location: PHX-03, Union Hills, Arizona, United States; onsite facility operations

Salary: $45.00–$54.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses

What you will do

• Own site operations during scheduled shifts, coordinate daily workflows, and direct on-shift critical facilities technicians.
• Monitor building operations and respond to emergencies, equipment failures, customer concerns, incidents, and SLA violations.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for critical and non-critical assets, including work orders and contractor activities in the CMMS.
• Operate and delegate work across HVAC, plumbing, generators, UPSs, PDUs, STSs, electrical switchgear, fire systems, life safety systems, temperature controls, and BMS.
• Support construction projects, maintenance planning, spare-parts inventory, procedure execution, and quality assurance.
• Train and mentor team members, coordinate schedules and shift swaps, and promote safe, reliable, continuously improving operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3–5 years of electrical or mechanical critical facilities experience, or 7+ years as an HVAC or mechanical technician.
• Must qualify as a Lead Technician and be able to coordinate and train other technicians.
• Ability to work overtime and shifts longer than 12 hours when required onsite.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required.
• Electrical or mechanical certifications are preferred.
• Onsite work in Union Hills, Arizona, is required for hands-on facility operations.
