Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant (DoW)

Location: Remote field role based in McLean, Virginia, with travel up to 50% to customer locations throughout the assigned region.

Salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD base salary per year, with potential eligibility for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Own technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales campaigns as a co-seller with Account Executives.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, executive visioning discussions, and technical discovery.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical proofs of concept and proofs of value.
• Integrate hirify.global into complex enterprise environments involving ERP, CRM, data, workflow, AI, partner solutions, and modern development systems.
• Direct technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Mentor peers, lead enablement sessions, create reusable technical assets, and communicate customer requirements to Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role, or 10+ years in client-facing Professional Services or technical consulting.
• Recent hands-on programming experience or technical fluency with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++, plus database proficiency including SQL, HTML, and XML.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, discovery, requirements analysis, executive presentation, and C-level engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Nice to have

• Experience selling into the DoW or federal landscape, especially application development platforms, AI-enabled automation, or case management.
• Experience creating reusable demos, technical assets, enablement content, or industry points of view.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
