Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications

Salary: $140,054–$175,067.50 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, channels, and distribution framework across the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit communications about company updates, initiatives, achievements, change, and reorganizations.
• Design employee listening and feedback programs, including quarterly listening activities, and translate findings into action.
• Build recognition frameworks and culture initiatives aligned with company values and integrated into tools such as Slack and Workday.
• Plan company events and community programming for distributed teams, including remote hubs, while tracking attendance and satisfaction.
• Analyze surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, and participation data to support organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience or engagement.
• Experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs and company-wide events.
• Strong data analysis, presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, lead, and execute independently as a senior individual contributor.
• Experience collaborating with employees and executives at all levels and driving behavior change through communications and program design.

Nice to have

• Experience in founder-led startup organizations.
• Experience with Notion.
• Fluency with AI tools.
