Sr. Director of Product Design (AI)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York; hybrid schedule with office attendance at least four days per week

Salary: $210,000–$260,000 yearly, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead a team of product designers delivering end-to-end UX for consumer-facing digital products.
• Design subscription prospecting, offer, purchase, upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation journeys across device-partner platforms.
• Shape innovative design vision and ensure AI Agentic Commerce features are seamless and cohesive across surfaces and platforms.
• Lead ideation, concept exploration, discovery-phase UX research, testing, and product launches.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, product owners, researchers, business stakeholders, and external partners to define and deliver product strategy.
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, design standards, leadership updates, and support for a collaborative product culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading product design teams and delivering end-to-end UX for high-value consumer digital products.
• Ability to communicate creative concepts and plans to peers, leadership, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in human-centered design, UX strategy, ideation, research, and concept development.
• Strong collaboration skills across business, design, research, technology, product management, and engineering.
• Critical eye and obsessive attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least four days per week in a hybrid schedule.
