What you will do

• Develop the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for employee productivity, AI enablement, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and recommend productivity and AI solutions based on business value, employee experience, security, compliance, scalability, integration, and total cost of ownership.
• Define adoption targets, success criteria, ROI models, value realization metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead enterprise rollouts through communications, training, support models, and change management.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to align priorities and optimize investments.
• Establish governance and decision frameworks while advising senior leadership on AI trends, future-of-work capabilities, and workforce productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, workplace technology, product strategy, AI enablement, technology consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, scaling, and adopting enterprise technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with AI platforms, productivity technologies, collaboration tools, automation solutions, and digital workplace trends.
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and value realization frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and organizational change skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise AI adoption programs using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI solutions.
• Experience managing productivity tool portfolios, software licensing investments, employee adoption programs, and change management initiatives.
• Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, digital workplace strategy, or technology innovation.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and operating models for emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
