Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS)

hirify.global operates a SaaS business with a Finance-based Deal Desk function supporting complex and non-standard sales agreements.

What you will do

• Review opportunities, quotes, pricing, discounts, and contract terms for accuracy.
• Support deals from quote creation through billing while ensuring compliance with internal policies and revenue requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems on deal questions, billing details, contracts, and Salesforce-related issues.
• Maintain deal documentation, precedents, guidelines, and knowledge resources.
• Identify process improvements that increase deal speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Argentina.
• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-standard sales contracts.
• Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
