Constellation Integration Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. The role requires U.S. person status and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Salary: $165,000–$220,000–$242,000 annually for positions within Colorado. The role is also incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution and integration across a complex satellite constellation.
• Connect spacecraft, ground systems, communications, networks, operations, suppliers, customers, and external partners into one executable program.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness across programs valued at more than $100 million.
• Establish integrated execution frameworks, master schedules, program baselines, critical paths, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Drive technically informed decisions, remove blockers, and identify integration problems before they affect mission delivery.
• Support system integration and test campaigns, readiness assessments, deployment activities, and mission decision events.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
• 10+ years of experience executing complex, multidisciplinary technical programs involving hardware, software, systems engineering, integration, testing, operations, or similarly complex engineered systems.
• Experience leading major technical programs, integrated portfolios, or mission capabilities with significant cost, schedule, supplier, technical, and operational complexity.
• Experience managing integrated master schedules, critical paths, dependencies, program baselines, forecasts, estimates to complete, risks, and recovery plans.
• Ability to understand complex system architectures and interfaces, challenge assumptions, identify hidden dependencies, and facilitate technically informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with satellite constellations or comparable mission systems across the space lifecycle.
• Knowledge of integrated master plans and schedules, work breakdown structures, critical-path analysis, schedule risk, and resource-loaded planning.
• Experience with program financial management, technical baselines, configuration changes, major suppliers, subcontractors, and long-lead procurements.
• Background in commercial space, aerospace, autonomy, robotics, advanced manufacturing, automotive, energy systems, or another high-performance engineering environment.
• PMP or equivalent program-management certification.
