Senior Product Manager (GovTech)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the Atlanta, GA or Oakville, Ontario offices

What you will do

• Own strategy and ROI-based product and operational roadmaps for modules within Euna Procurement Sourcing and Contracting.
• Analyze market dynamics, regulations, competitors, buyer behavior, RFPs, NPS, surveys, win/loss data, feature requests, support tickets, and product usage.
• Define initiative-level specifications, success criteria, constraints, non-goals, data models, API contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and customers to align delivery, launches, beta programs, and monetization.
• Report revenue attribution, adoption, feature survival, and PRD-to-GA cycle time against roadmap forecasts.
• Mentor Product Owners and Product Managers and contribute to shared product-management standards.

Requirements

• Six or more years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ownership of a product or module through a full lifecycle, including a pricing or packaging change and a measurable commercial outcome.
• Experience with version control, pull requests, structured and testable specifications, data models, API contracts, SQL, and product analytics.
• Ability to use AI tools critically for drafting, decomposition, critique, and analysis while identifying incorrect assumptions and specification drift.
• Knowledge of accessibility, audit logging, PII handling, records retention, and public-disclosure constraints as implementation requirements.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
