Cloud & Azure Program Management Lead (Azure)

Location: Remote; Conditions: North Charleston, South Carolina

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting a USMC enterprise environment.
• Architect and oversee Microsoft Azure solutions interoperable with enterprise systems, networks, identity services, and data frameworks.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, reporting, and delivery across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Establish agile workflows including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
• Guide requirements development, interface definition, technical integration, verification, documentation, and technical reviews.
• Drive cloud modernization, DevSecOps adoption, cybersecurity compliance, RMF/ATO processes, governance, and cost management.

Requirements

• Current or active Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of program or project management experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive systems engineering or software engineering experience.
• Strong program management experience in government or complex multistakeholder environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and proficiency with Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe and strong communication across technical and strategic domains.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or USMC enterprise environments.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification.
• Hands-on experience with government-aligned cloud security models.
