Senior Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the listed U.S. states and work from the contiguous United States. Salary: $157,500–$177,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead delivery outcomes and client engagement across a portfolio of strategic government contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with government partners, understand agency needs, and communicate progress transparently.
• Identify and resolve delivery, process, staffing, cultural, contractual, financial, and stakeholder risks.
• Manage contracts, finances, milestones, modifications, subcontractor negotiations, and growth opportunities across the portfolio.
• Scale delivery through project managers and functional leads while maintaining standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Contribute to company objectives and key results and apply program-level delivery policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships across large-scale projects.
• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs and with state government agencies.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Experience leading and growing large agile development teams and managing complex milestones, dependencies, integrations, risks, and uncertainty.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; this role does not offer visa sponsorship and requires work authorization that will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience managing paid family leave benefits programs or working closely with state or major-city governments.
• Experience leading high-performing agile technology teams of 50 or more staff.
• Experience launching high-visibility production systems and managing complex IT modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, agile transformation, and production operations alongside feature development.
