Sr. Program Manager, Engineering (Hybrid)

Location: USA - Sunnyvale, California; hybrid work requiring 2-3 days per week on-site

Salary: $140,000-$215,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure programs covering cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization.
• Translate business and engineering priorities into roadmaps, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, SRE, product management, platform engineering, and other worldwide business units.
• Track risks, blockers, issues, operational escalations, and cross-team dependencies through resolution.
• Partner with engineers and executives to communicate technical context, business value, status, trade-offs, and delivery needs.
• Lead Scrum meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure change management and operational readiness.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status required.
• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
