Program Execution Application & Tools Lead (EVMS Focus)

Location: United States citizenship required due to the nature of the work performed within the facilities.

Salary: $116,717–$126,292 per year

What you will do

• Lead the operation, transformation, and modernization of EVMS, PPM, scheduling, and program performance tools.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable automation, workflow improvements, and data integration solutions.
• Evaluate and introduce AI-enabled capabilities such as ticket triage, anomaly detection, automated reporting, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• Oversee tool performance, availability, security, configurations, upgrades, integrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, ticket patterns, and system metrics to improve reliability, data quality, cycle time, and user experience.
• Mentor the PPM Tools team and communicate system changes, outages, upgrades, and improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of EVMS tools, scheduling applications, and program lifecycle processes.
• Experience with SQL, scripting languages, automation tools, data analysis, batch automation, workflow automation, or data integration.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications for business operations, automation, anomaly detection, reporting, and user support.
• Strong technical systems experience and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business implications.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for automation, ticket triage, dashboarding, or predictive analytics.
• Power BI experience, including dataflow automation or enterprise-system integration.
• Deltek or other EVMS-related tools experience at administrator or integrator level.
• PMP certification or EVMS practitioner experience.
• Technical experience with C#, SQL, VBA, or similar automation and integration tools.
