Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Deland, Florida, United States. Second shift: 3:10 p.m. to 1:10 a.m., Monday–Thursday.

Salary: $19.50 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Remove copper coating from wire by submerging it in an acid solution using an overhead industrial crane.
• Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and production records.
• Use measuring and testing equipment while following company, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
• Support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and two years of work experience.
• Accurate record-keeping ability and basic math skills.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other test equipment.
• Ability to climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for at least 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hazardous chemicals.

• Experience with steel microfibers in a heavy manufacturing environment.
