Manufacturing Process Technician (12-Hour Shift, 6pm-6am) (Biotech)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite 12-hour night shift from 6pm to 6am

Salary: $54,411.05–$73,614.95 per year

What you will do

• Operate automated, assembly, labeling, printing, and robotic equipment for product packaging.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and machine stops while maintaining product quality.
• Receive and prepare components, feed equipment, perform sanitation, and maintain component availability.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and applicable Code of Federal Regulations requirements.
• Complete paperwork, electronic batch records, inventory transactions, and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness metrics.
• Report discrepancies and partner with cross-functional teams on performance improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience, or an associate’s degree.
• Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment is preferred.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, operate, and understand simple to moderately complex equipment.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform manual pallet handling and wrapping.
• Ability to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions, and document tasks in electronic batch records.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to accept coaching.
