Senior OneStream Consultant (OneStream)

What you will do

• Deliver OneStream solutions through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
• Implement financial technology solutions for corporate performance management, financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, planning, and account reconciliation.
• Support pre-sales activities, including client meetings, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
• Apply technology and creative problem-solving to business challenges while following delivery methodologies and project standards.
• Contribute to practice development, training, interviewing, community service, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications, such as HFM, Hyperion Planning, FCCS, Tagetik, or Anaplan.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Deep understanding of account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Experience with VB.NET and data integration between different systems or sources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and collaborate with clients and internal resources.
